Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Executive to support our clients production planning and operational efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring products are delivered on time, at the required quality level, and with optimal resource utilization.

The ideal candidate will be committed to the principle The right product, the first time, every time, ensuring production flows smoothly without rework or delays, while supporting strong cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and monitor production routings and processing steps for various product types to ensure timely delivery and optimized capacity planning.
• Assess resource availability including raw materials, equipment, and man power to support uninterrupted production.
• Incorporate required quality standards into planning processes to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.
• Embed the principle The right product, the first time, every time into planning workflows to minimize errors and rework.
• Track, analyze, and evaluate production performance, addressing issues promptly to maintain productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with organizational goals and customer commitments.
• Prepare detailed reports on production progress, challenges, and solutions for management review.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support customer satisfaction.
• Monitor production-related costs to ensure adherence to budget limits.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exceptional proficiency in Mathematics and English.
• Advanced computer literacy, including expertise in MS Office and scheduling/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven planning and decision-making.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to meeting timelines and quality expectations.
• Age preferably below 35 years.
