WE ARE HIRING: Operations Manager Luxury Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and motivate sales, marketing, admin, and support teams to exceed performance targets.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture that drives results and accountability.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and structured performance reviews.

2. Operations Excellence

• Audit and fine-tune existing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Implement SOPs, KPIs, and automation tools to reduce manual workload.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

3. Sales Support & Growth

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
• Develop sales strategies, call scripts, training content, and performance dashboards.
• Track KPIs such as lead-to-deal ratio, appointment-to-deal ratio, and revenue per agent.

4. HR Management

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
• Build career development paths, training frameworks, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and labor regulations.

5. Technology & Data

• Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and analytics tools to drive performance improvements.
• Implement technology solutions for automation, reporting, and internal communication.
• Analyze sales and operational data to support informed leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in sales management with measurable success in achieving targets.
• Tech-savvy with advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, automation tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate or a related sector is an added advantage.
