WE ARE HIRING : Sales Reporting & Insight Analyst

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: UK Shift (1.00 PM 9.30 PM, April-October | 2.00 PM 10.30 PM, November-March)
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily sales reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance insights.
• Monitor sales trends, identify risks or opportunities, and analyze agent productivity and conversion rates.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and business improvements.
• Assist with competitor and market trend reviews and support FPSA with blended analytical solutions such as cost per instruction, revenue per instruction, and marketing ROI.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting through data extraction, validation, and commentary.
• Maintain accurate data sources and support the enhancement of reporting dashboards (Excel/Power BI).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth data flow and alignment across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Clear communication skills, especially when presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing analytics or FPSA is an added advantage, including familiarity with digital marketing metrics and statistical techniques.
• Highly attentive to detail, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or in virtual teams.
• Flexibility and availability to work the UK shift based on seasonal time changes.
