Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to manage corporate travel arrangements and deliver high-quality service to clients. This role involves handling complex travel requests, providing expert advice, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering seamless end-to-end travel solutions while maintaining industry best practices and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming corporate travel requests, provide professional travel advice, and confirm reservations in line with client travel policies.

• Provide accurate information on fares, exchange costs, penalties, and travel-related regulations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry, airline policies, and service standards.

• Offer tailored travel recommendations, anticipate customer needs, and ensure seamless service delivery.

• Complete bookings, follow-ups, amendments, and transactions efficiently using travel management systems and tools.

• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and service level agreements.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry with strong knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and processes.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in travel industry systems such as GDS and related booking platforms.

Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages.

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to work independently with discretion and sound judgment.

• Flexibility to work shifts or extended hours as required by business operations.
