Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources operations within a factory and export processing environment. This role focuses on recruitment, employee records, payroll administration, employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and BOI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

  • Handle payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

  • Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, BOI regulations, and internal company standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of HR experience in a factory or industrial environment.

  • Prior experience within a BOI / Export Processing Zone environment will be an added advantage.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and hands-on approach.

  • Close proximity to Katunayake will be an added advantage.
