Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Planning Manager to lead the production planning function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and cross-functional coordination capabilities. The successful candidate will drive planning excellence, ensure optimal capacity utilization, and maintain high service levels aligned with customer expectations and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of production planning strategies.

• Oversee production scheduling, routing, and capacity planning to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Statistics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in production planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced production setting.

• Strong exposure to ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills.

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
