Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales & Marketing to drive corporate partnerships, training sales, and institutional engagement for professional development programmes.

This role focuses on expanding corporate networks, managing sales pipelines, coordinating training solutions, and strengthening business relationships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Business Development

• Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners.

• Promote professional development programmes to corporate stakeholders.

• Represent the organization at corporate networking events and industry engagements.

Sales & Relationship Management

• Manage corporate lead pipelines and follow-ups.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for corporate clients.

• Coordinate delivery logistics for approved corporate programmes.

• Support contract finalization and onboarding processes.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with academic and operational teams to customize training solutions.

• Maintain corporate client databases and performance reports.

• Submit periodic sales and engagement reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in education sector preferred).

• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
