Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Data Analyst to the Group CEO to bridge industrial performance and corporate strategy. This role serves as the analytical engine for the CEOs office, diagnosing business health, uncovering inefficiencies, identifying strategic risks and opportunities, and translating complex operational and financial data into executive-level insights that influence group-wide direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on group-wide performance, including plant efficiency, supply chain metrics, global market trends, and customer profitability.

• Investigate underperforming units, validate strategic initiatives, and identify cost optimization and capital efficiency opportunities.

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and forecasting models for real-time operational and financial visibility.

• Translate complex operational and financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for the Group CEO and senior leadership.

• Support data-driven executive decision-making across strategic and operational domains.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a rigorous analytical role within manufacturing, industrial operations, consulting, or corporate strategy.

• Experience with cost accounting and operational metrics is highly valued.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong ability to analyze financial statements, operational KPIs (OEE, yield, throughput), and key business ratios (ROCE, gross margin, working capital cycles).

• Advanced expertise in Excel / Google Sheets (complex modeling, pivot tables).

• Strong proficiency in SQL for operational data mining.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.

• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics is an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing dynamics, global supply chains, and competitive industry landscapes.

Leadership & Communication Skills

• Exceptional executive-level communication skills with the ability to synthesize insights into concise presentations and board-ready briefs.

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical judgment.
