Role Overview 

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Specialist – Customer Support & Operations to play a critical role in supporting key customer accounts and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, customer service managers, and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements, inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting activities. This role requires a strong logistics and customer support background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to provide real-time business insights while operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts within the ERP system.
• Support key customer accounts by ensuring accurate and timely information flow across supply chain operations.
• Process and manage sales orders, including order entry and updates within ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales projections, confirmed orders, and stock availability to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Provide accurate and timely information relating to inventory, inbound shipments, outbound shipments, and customer orders.
• Support sales teams in achieving customer service objectives and account performance targets.
• Coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
• Resolve customer inquiries, order amendment requests, order cancellations, and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Track inbound shipments to distribution centers and maintain visibility across supply chain activities.
• Monitor inventory aging, stock movements, and customer analytics to support business decisions.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports relating to sales, inventory, shipments, customer accounts, and forecasts.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Contribute to team capability development and process optimization initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Strong logistics background with proven experience in customer support, customer operations, or key account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong ability to work with large volumes of operational and business data.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for business decision-making.
• Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional environment with demanding timelines and ambitious goals.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
• Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to project management systems, ticketing platforms, or desk management systems will be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to work remotely during US business hours and maintain flexibility in working schedules.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and operational activities simultaneously.
