Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Executive – Finance to support financial operations and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. This role focuses on accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting audits within a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of month-end financial accountsAssist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies
• Perform Accounts Receivable follow-ups and support timely collections
  
• Handle receivable disputes in coordination with relevant teams
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports
  
• Monitor new customer onboarding and assist with credit evaluations
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  
• Support Accounts Payable reconciliation and prepare AP aging reports
• Process payments using systems such as CargoWise
  
• Coordinate with back-office and onshore teams for financial activities
• Maintain clear communication across internal stakeholders
  
• Manage customer and vendor master data
• Participate in weekly review calls and track financial performance
  
• Support process improvements and ad hoc finance projects

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Part qualification in CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in shift-based hours (11 AM – 9 PM)( 3 PM - 12 AM )
