Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals for the role of Sales Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager (Real Estate). This role focuses on driving property sales, converting qualified leads, managing client relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Ideal candidates may come from the real estate industry or strong sales backgrounds looking to transition into real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Growth
    Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for assigned real estate projects
    Drive property sales through direct selling, referrals, and relationship networks
    Identify opportunities to maximize conversions and revenue generation
  • Lead Management & Conversion
    Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
    Convert inquiries into qualified appointments, site visits, and confirmed sales
    Maintain regular communication with prospects to move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Client Consultation & Property Advisory
    Arrange and conduct property site visits with potential buyers
    Guide clients in selecting suitable property investment opportunities based on needs and budgets
    Provide professional advice on project features, payment plans, and investment value
  • Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
    Deliver excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term engagement
  • CRM & Reporting
    Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities in the CRM system
    Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth transaction completion
    Ensure timely collection of payments and completion of required documentation
  • Professional Sales Conduct
    Handle inquiries, negotiations, and objections professionally
    Maintain a polished and customer-centric sales approach at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–8+ years of experience in sales, depending on level applied for
  • Experience in real estate sales is highly preferred
  • Candidates from banking, insurance, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, telecom, or other target-driven sales industries are encouraged to apply if interested in transitioning to real estate sales

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
