Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our clients growing international support team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong typing and communication skills who enjoy helping customers and want to develop a global customer service career.

You will support Indian customers through multiple channels while ensuring smooth communication, timely resolutions, and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and general inquiries.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Assist occasionally with market conversion and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Indian nationality must be willing to relocate and work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
• Fast and accurate typing skills with good proficiency in computer applications.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
• Quick learner with good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Team-oriented, disciplined, and able to follow instructions effectively.
