Job Overview
Were looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager Warehouse & Logistics Operations to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, from inbound to outbound logistics. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in retail logistics, inventory control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and delivery planning.
• Plan space utilization and monitor aging and high inventory levels.
• Track staff productivity and allocate daily work plans.
• Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to output standards.
• Monitor replenishment processes and maintain put-away/pull-out efficiency.
• Conduct perpetual inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Generate monthly MIS reports and submit daily inventory and process-related reports.
• Support decision-making through inventory analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in retail logistics is an added advantage.
• Diploma or certificate-level qualification in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Technical and IT skills relevant to warehouse operations.
• Preferably residing near Kottawa with prior experience in retail warehouse logistics.
