Job Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, payroll, and training processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, practical knowledge of labor law, and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management.
  • Handle training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
  • Manage administrative functions as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Professional qualification in HRM.
  • Practical knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a positive team player.
