Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Management

• Achieve or exceed student enrollment targets.
• Manage incoming leads from multiple channels (hotline, social media, Google, WhatsApp).
• Assign leads to counselors on a rotational basis.
• Maintain accurate databases of leads and walk-in customers.

Reporting & Analysis

• Ensure data accuracy for timely report generation.
• Plan and schedule campaigns to reach target audiences.

Events

• Ensure required participant turnout for allocated events.

Student Services

• Act as the main liaison for student inquiries, issues, and grievances.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and support staff to meet student needs and enhance their experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management (preferably in higher education).
• Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of student recruitment strategies and admissions processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in office software, student information systems, and database management.
