Overall Purpose

The selected individuals will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing portfolios of Deposits and Schematized Lending products targeted at high-end salaried customer segments within large corporates.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Relationship Management: Acquire new business, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

• Sales & Business Development Skills: Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into tangible results.
