Assistant Manager - Business Analyst

WE ARE HIRING: Business Analyst HR Solutions

• Location: Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, with a focus on HR solutions.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, payroll, performance management tools).
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development and vendor teams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and digital adoption.
• Support projects across the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, training, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, workflows, and process maps.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for smooth implementation and support.
• Provide recommendations on HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting for better decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 4-6 years experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in HR/recruitment systems.
• Hands-on exposure to HR platforms such as SAP HR, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or ATS.
• Familiarity with job portals (TopJobs, XpressJobs, Ikman, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes (payroll, onboarding, performance management, engagement).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills (English essential; Sinhala/Tamil an advantage).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a recruitment firm, HR solutions provider, or IT company delivering HR solutions is a definite advantage.
