WE ARE HIRING :Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Accountabilities

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization. As a technology-driven ERP solutions provider, the CFO will play a pivotal role in financial management, growth planning, capital-raising initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team.

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the companys financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to the Board and senior management.

Cash Flow & Capital Management

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs.
  • Lead fundraising activities including equity financing, debt structuring, and investor relations.
  • Optimize capital structure and cost of capital for business expansion.

Financial Control & Compliance

  • Oversee preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and statutory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and internal control frameworks.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulators for transparent reporting and governance.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Negotiate financing arrangements and manage banking facilities.
  • Advise the Board and senior leadership on strategic financial decisions.
  • Operational Leadership
  • Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial operations.
  • Implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and risk management.
  • Support business development, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.

Required Qualifications

  • Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in technology, ERP, or SaaS-based industries.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, equity financing, and investor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
