About the job Office Admin
Our client based out of Brampton, ON is looking to add an Office Admin to their team.
The ideal candidate will be working in a production office environment and will report to the Office Manager.
- Ensure all deliveries are scheduled in liaison with the shipping department.
- Prepare reports and operate QuickBooks, MS Office, and WMS. (SAP knowledge is an asset)
- Ensuring all prepared shipments are properly identified and moved to the dock area to be staged for pickup in a timely manner.
- Ensure material handling equipment is used in accordance with the relevant work instructions.
- Ensure all stock is located accurately in the proper locations.
- Ability to stop any order packing or shipment if any quality opportunity is found in either the product and/or containers. Quality Dept. is to be notified immediately.
- Stay in touch with the Inventory and Shipping Supervisor.
- Support other team members, and customers during holiday periods and sickness.
- Maintain/Implement 5S standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of work experience in a production environment (office space)
- Fluent communication both verbal and written (English)
- Advanced computer skills, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new company provided softwares.
