Job Description:
We’re rapidly expanding in the US market and are looking for an experienced Online Sales Representative with a strong background in SaaS B2B sales, preferably to clients in the construction, property management, or facility management industries.
This is a full-time remote position working US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end online B2B sales for Inspekt AI’s SaaS solutions from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals
Identify and engage potential clients within the construction, property management, and building services sectors
Conduct online meetings, demos, and presentations tailored to the customer’s workflow and operational needs
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as facility managers, property owners, and contractors
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns
Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM (HubSpot)
Provide feedback to the product and customer success teams to help improve the user experience and product-market fit
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within or selling to:
Construction companies
Facility management firms
Property management organizations
Strong understanding of the US B2B market and online sales processes
Proven track record of closing B2B deals through virtual channels (LinkedIn, email, Zoom, etc.)
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with measurable targets
Nice to Have
Knowledge of construction workflows, building inspections, or maintenance operations
Experience working in fast-growing SaaS startups
Experience of B2B sales
Understanding of digital marketing funnels or outbound prospecting strategies
