Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support day to day operations of the Architectural Implementation Team. The role focuses on project coordination, quality control, data handling, and assisting in the delivery of inspection-based outputs. This position works closely with the team lead to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project workflows from assignment to completion

• Support quality control processes, including review of annotations, reports, and outputs

• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and client ready outputs

• Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues in project execution for review

• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflow efficiency

Software Proficiency

• Revit: Working knowledge for model creation, navigation, and review

• Rhino: Basic to intermediate modeling for geometry checking or reference

• Google Workspace / Excel: Strong proficiency in data tracking and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Clear communication and coordination abilities

• Comfortable working with data, reports, and repetitive review tasks

• Able to work in a fast paced, output driven environment

• Preferably based in Manila
