Job Description:

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate a qualified pipeline by identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with our ideal customers. Youll be on the front lines of outbound prospecting, working closely with Sales and Leadership to build a repeatable, scalable pipeline engine.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, disciplined, coachable, and excited to sell a technical solution into real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

  • Prospect into commercial real estate owners, property managers, REITs, facilities teams, and engineering stakeholders

  • Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)

  • Research accounts and personalize messaging based on asset type, geography, risk factors, and inspection requirements

  • Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives

Qualification & Discovery

  • Run high-quality discovery conversations to understand building conditions, compliance needs, and inspection workflows

  • Qualify opportunities using defined criteria (ICP, urgency, asset size, use case)

  • Clearly articulate Inspekt AIs value in early defect detection, cost avoidance, and proactive maintenance planning


Process & Collaboration

  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records

  • Collaborate with AEs, Sales Leadership, and Marketing on messaging, ICP refinement, and campaign feedback

  • Participate in regular coaching, call reviews, and performance reviews

Qualifications

1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, ConstructionTech, or a technical sales environment

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, disciplined, and metrics-driven

Coachable and open to feedback


Nice to Have

Experience selling into commercial real estate, facilities, engineering, or construction

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, etc.)

Interest in AI, drones, or building technology

Consistently hitting or exceeding monthly meeting and pipeline targets

Strong meeting show rates and sales-accepted lead conversion

High activity quality, not just volume

Continuous improvement in messaging, discovery, and objection handling
