As a Technical Operations and Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing internal technical support, assisting with customer support inquiries, and ensuring smooth operational workflows for technical projects. You will work closely with the development, operations, and AI teams to provide technical assistance, maintain documentation, and troubleshoot internal systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in identifying and resolving technical challenges, and possesses excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Project Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
  • Internal IT Infrastructure Support: Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools.
  • Customer Technical Support: Assist with resolving technical issues for our customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security for both internal and external users.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with system engineers, developers, and project managers to provide technical support and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security.

Qualifications

  • Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
  • Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
