Role Overview
Inspekt AI is expanding aggressively across Spain and is looking for a highly capable Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of commercial growth.
This is not a traditional sales position.
We are looking for a commercially mature professional capable of identifying opportunities, opening strategic doors, building trusted relationships, and helping establish Inspekt AI as a leading AI-powered inspection partner across Spain.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in enterprise environments, engaging with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizations, and creating commercial opportunities where none currently exist.
This role requires initiative, ownership, strategic thinking, and a genuine ability to build long-term business relationships.
Objective of the Role
The primary objective of this role is to accelerate Inspekt AI's commercial expansion across Spain by:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Opening strategic enterprise accounts
Building long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders
Expanding Inspekt AI's presence across target sectors
Generating qualified commercial opportunities
Supporting long-term revenue growth
Positioning Inspekt AI as a trusted technology partner within the Spanish market
This individual will play a direct role in helping shape and grow Inspekt AI's commercial footprint in Spain.
Core Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across Spain
Develop new commercial opportunities from initial outreach through relationship development
Build and maintain a healthy commercial pipeline
Generate meetings with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Leverage networking, referrals, industry events, LinkedIn, and direct outreach activities
Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities
Strategic Relationship Building
Build trust-based relationships with enterprise stakeholders
Develop relationships with asset owners, operators, engineering firms, public administrations, and industry leaders
Maintain long-term engagement with prospective clients
Position Inspekt AI as a strategic business partner rather than a transactional service provider
Market Development
Support the growth of Inspekt AI's presence throughout Spain
Identify emerging sectors, regions, and market opportunities
Provide commercial intelligence and market feedback
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and expansion strategies
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Country Director and leadership team
Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
Coordinate with operations and technical teams when necessary
Support strategic commercial initiatives across the business
