About the job Forensic Director/Associate Director/Senior Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Director/Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our client`s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing forensic investigations and providing expert advice to our clients. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate financial risks for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage forensic investigations, including fraud, financial misconduct, and other financial crimes.
- Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of financial data, documents, and other evidence to identify potential issues and risks.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on financial and legal matters related to insolvency and restructuring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to forensic investigations and insolvency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in forensic investigations, insolvency, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, or CIRA are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex forensic investigations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
