Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join the growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing insolvency and restructuring projects, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize asset recovery and minimize losses for clients
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and mentoring
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including creditors, lawyers, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with business development activities, including networking and client relationship management
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and share knowledge with the team
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex insolvency projects
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and client management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and insolvency software
