Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, and will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media platforms

- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

- Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures

- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the customer service process and make recommendations for improvement

- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets set by the company

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong time-management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Fluent in English, knowledge of other local languages is a plus

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
