Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR software tools to track candidate progress, manage job postings, and generate recruitment reports.
- Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruiting initiatives to promote the company brand and attract top talent.
- Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other HR software tools.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
