Were looking for a fast-paced, sharp, and hands-on Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in AWS cloud and modern system architecture, to lead complex cross-team projects for a leading national R&D organization. Youll be working in a highly dynamic environment, collaborating with top professionals from various disciplines and helping deliver cutting-edge cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex end-to-end cloud architecture and infrastructure projects

Manage and align multiple technical teams (Product, DevOps, Security, Infra, etc.)

Own and execute technical work plans, roadmaps, and timelines

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, without direct authority

Support pre-sales, write technical documentation, and lead workshops and presentations

Translate functional/business needs into technical specifications
-
Report to senior management and drive delivery to schedule and budget
Requirements:
-
5+ years experience in leading complex technical projects (mandatory)

Hands-on AWS expertise not just familiar, but skilled in real-world usage

Solid understanding of system architecture (Microservices, SaaS, API Gateways, etc.)

Proven ability to lead without formal authority across teams and disciplines

Experience with public cloud delivery (AWS a must; GCP/Azure advantage)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders
