About the job B2B Brand Communication Superintendent
Main Duties
- Lead and execute B2B branding and communication strategies to strengthen INSEE's corporate and business brands.
- Develop communication campaigns, thought leadership content, customer success stories, and sustainability/ESG communications.
- Organize industry events, seminars, exhibitions, customer engagement, and ecosystem-building activities.
- Manage digital channels, media relations, branding projects, agencies, and communication budgets.
- Lead and develop the B2B Brand Communication team while collaborating with Commercial, Technical, Sustainability, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Brand Communication, or Corporate Communication.
- Experience in Construction Materials, Industrial Solutions, Manufacturing, Environmental Services, Chemicals, Infrastructure, or Sustainability-related industries.
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 750+ preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messages.
