Main Duties

  • Analyze retail market trends, customer behavior, and distributor/retailer performance in the bag cement market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market movements.
  • Support demand forecasting by analyzing housing, renovation, and market trends.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Brand Activation, and Planning teams to provide market insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Market Research, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics.
  • Preferred background in Building Materials, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paint, or Retail industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, statistical analysis, and Power BI/dashboard development.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
