Main Duties

  • Identify and develop relationships with contractors, investors, consultants, and key stakeholders in construction projects.
  • Collect and manage information on upcoming construction projects to build a strong project pipeline.
  • Gather project specifications and support the early positioning of INSEE products in projects.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Logistics teams to ensure project readiness and smooth handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong network with contractors, investors, consultants, or infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Good communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Customer-focused with strong analytical and influencing skills.
