About the job Pre-sales Executive (B2B)
Main Duties
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, investors, consultants, and key stakeholders in construction projects.
- Collect and manage information on upcoming construction projects to build a strong project pipeline.
- Gather project specifications and support the early positioning of INSEE products in projects.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Logistics teams to ensure project readiness and smooth handover.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong network with contractors, investors, consultants, or infrastructure stakeholders.
- Good communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication.
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and influencing skills.
