OHS COORDINATOR
About the job OHS COORDINATOR
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Manage SCN safety improvement plan (SIP) for all sites and locations:
- Coordinate with logistic Operation and transportation team to develop SCN SIP.
- Follow up approved SCN SIP to ensure the plan completion ontime with expected quality.
2. Monitor Activities and have preventive plan for unsafe actions:
- Set a routine safety observation plan and carrired out SOT far all sites and locations.
- Report finding and Propose corrective action.
3. Have plan for purchasing and using PPE to employees:
- Chose PPE meet INSEE standard.
- According to statistic of previous year to build plan.
4. Ensure all critical tools and requirements are checked and certified on time.
- File all documents related to the equipment
5. Monitor OHS violations and comply with the company ILR
- Refer work instruction and other requirements of the Terminal.
6. Implement related FPE, CSM and OHSAS 18001
- Coordinate with head of department and FPE member to conduct the OHS requirement
REQUIREMENTS:
1. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bacelor degree of technical education
- Knowledge OHS management system in heavy industry
- Fluent English
2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experienced in OH&S in heavy Industries
- Good inter-personal communication skills.
- Experienced working in multi-cultural environment and ability of negotiation
- Ability to communicate, investigate and analyze an incident / accident
- ISO 9001, 14001 and 18000 auditor
