MAIN DUTIES:
1. Support Implementing /executing brand communication plan and activities across channels
- Support and execute comprehensive brand communication activities/campaign to enhance the company's presence in a competitive market.
- Keep update for competitor analysis on digital landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and support for branding action
- Implementing brand communication plans and content across various channels.
2. Managing and develop content on Digital and Social Channels
- Develop and manage social respond management across communication channels (Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok,...) with internal resources
- Keep update and tracking digital report performance
- Managing digital database
- Innovate and propose creative concepts and content strategy on social channels (Facebook/Linkedn/Tiktok/... with supervising)
- Supporting in generate SEO content to enhance the brand positioning
3. Supporting in other branding activities
- Support in executing branding customer engagement activities for beyond cement business segment (CONWOOD, Drymix, Ecocycle,...)
- Supporting other branding activities/campaign with cross function as requested
- Encourage and support team to generate new ideas/initiatives for branding activities across channels
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, brand communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices
- Good at English (both speaking & writing)
- Basic design skill (Canva, Capcut,...)
2. Relevant Experience
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in September 2024)

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of successfully executing branding initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Can do attitude & proactive.
- High responsibility
