MAIN DUTIES:

1. Recruitment:
  • Work closely with Line Manager and Recruitment team to post job, arrange interview and offer candidates.
  • Join interview and consult Line Manager to select the right people for the right position.
  • Support Line Manager on building on boarding program
  • Work closely with line managers to resolve people issues in retention, development, attraction and other HR matters.
2. Performance Management:
  • Analyse job profiles in the Department, with focus on key positions for proper consulting to line managers about career development, remuneration and others
  • Coordinate a high-performance culture for in-charged Department through performance management process with line managers.
  • Assess and discuss talents with line managers.
  • Manage processes of KPI setting and appraisal for in-charged Department
  • Execute performance rating calibration if needed.
  • Advise and consult to Line Manager on IDP build up and implementation.
  • Keeping track and following-up of IDP
3. Employee Services & Employee Engagement:
  • Execute Disciplinary Meetings with related parties which is assigned by HRBP Manager
  • Implement the engagement activities as planned.
  • Build the process to maintain & measure the engagement activities.
  • Drive the communication channel of HR.
  • Act as a contact point for both employees and line managers for HR related matters and coordinate further actions where appropriate.
4. Learning & Development:
  • Collect the training needs definition of departments and submit it to HRBP Manager for reviewing and assessment.
  • Work with Line Manager on training plan and consolidation
  • Assess and propose Training vendor to ensure the selected vendor meets with companys training requirements.
  • Execute training plan & evaluate training effectiveness (if any)
  • Record training activities and do the report.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Talent Development team (TD) to organize training programs/events with internal or external trainers.
  • Coordinate with TD team for reporting results of the training programs to HRBP Manager, Department Heads, managers and participant for further action.
  • Manage training equipment and room at site.
5. Young Talent:
  • Young Talent (JET & EVE)
  • Recruit and build road map with Line Manager
  • Manage young talent road map to make sure they follow and on track.
  • Support and be a bridge between Line Manager to ensure they have fully support and well managed.
6. Data and employment management:
  • Manage data accuracy (attendance, OT, personal data and so on) of plant people in HR systems for payroll and reports and resolve related issues where appropriate.
  • Manage employment flow of plant people from joining to last employment dates (probation evaluation, employment contract, L&D, Performance management) exist interview.
  • Prepare internal and external reports on plant people.
7. Hold other projects or other assignments as and when required by the manager
  • Participate other HR activities as rotation, housekeeping, ... or projects organizing & arrangements if any.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in Aug 2024)
  • Majors: Economics / Law
  • GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
  • English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)
