About the job Relationship Executive (RE) - Mekong North
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Customer management
· Target customers include those who have the right to decide products: Contractors, homeowners... and large contractors.
· Make sure you have clear information about projects about to start right in the locality assigned to manage.
· Monitor and update construction progress, problems arising at the construction site (approaches by competitors, technical problems...)
· Coordinate with SE to prepare contractor documents.
· Visit contractors, projects under construction, and information contacts.
· Evaluate and approve promotional programs specifically for contractors.
· Monitor and propose specific programs for each contractor (opening, birthday...)
2. Update market information
· Report and update information on changes in the construction industry, trendy and new products.
· Make other reports according to regulations.
· Manage work and synthesize reports from subordinates and report to the Technical Consulting Supervisor.
· Care for and maintain relationships as well as influence with Major Contractors in the work area.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience
· Have at least 1-2 years of civil construction experience, clearly understand the organization of projects from pile pressing to completion.
· Or have experience working in the construction field (Paint, Brick, Building Materials...)
2. Knowledge/Skills
· Have knowledge of civil construction engineering.
