MAIN DUTIES:

1. Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Prepare effective models, template, and presentation for financial plan, budget & forecast to meet deadline and accuracy.
  • Provide timely and high-quality financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure them meet budget/forecast submission deadlines with quality data.
  • Organize review meetings with the management.
  • Provide effective analysis for management decision.
  • Continuously improve data efficiency.

2. Analysis

  • Identify variances between actual and forecast, budget and last year financial results at the end of each reporting period.
  • Provide variance analysis of the monthly financial and non-financial KPIs with insightful comments.

3. Reporting

  • Supervise team and review reports to ensure Group, financial and management reports in compliance with Insee Accounting and Reporting Principle and IFRS (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports) to be provide timely and accurate.
  • Continuously improve format & quality of reports to meet management requirements timely and efficiently.

4. Cost Control

  • Closely control the department costs within budget by co-ordination with departments in budgeting, forecasting and monthly cost analysis and action plan.
  • Support the department all ad-hoc analysis.

5. People

  • Provide training, coaching and development to staffs.
  • Work with each direct report to establish annual KPIs, IDP and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

6. Business Partner

  • Ensure related business partners to participate in and contribute to regular management meetings of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Ecocycle and Commercial.
  • Partnership with Commercial and operational departments to support cost, margin and efficiency optimization.
  • Fully involve in decision making processes in respect of operational and project related matters (both
  • OPEX and CAPEX), providing strong financial knowledge, insight, analysis, and constructive challenge.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis of operational issues and work with the business to devise solutions.
  • Spend at least 10-15% of time in the market with Commercial and Logistics teams and customers, to enhance understanding and engagement with operational management and continuously develop solutioning capability.

7. Internal control

  • Act as a first or second line of defense for Insee Minimum Controls as applicable and eliminates any control weaknesses identified.
  • Supports Business Unit management to close internal audit issues.

8. Other Ad-hoc

  • Respond to inquiries from the General Director, CFO and other internal customers regarding financial results, reporting and analysis requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in finance & accounting

2. Relevant Experience

  • At least five years experienced in supervising or managing role.
  • Experience in finance/accounting in a large, manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is preferred.
