MAIN DUTIES:

1. Execute administrative tasks

  • Making plans & compliance with its deadline. Breaking the monthly sales target down to retailers
  • Making reports & compliance with its deadline :

          - Breakdown the profit by monthly or whenever changing.

          - Update call-sheet into sales call system

          - Other reports required by line manager.

  • Execute paperwork to make sure all sales activities to be run smoothly such as:

           - Update and report project/contractor data

           - Prepare other communication (letter, dialogue)

           - Claim expense & Cash advance,

  • Participate actively in training and any program held by the company.

2. Follow up and implement communication networking

  • Follow up and implement the Internal communication:

           - Participate in weekly meeting, monthly meeting in sales section.

           - Actively join cross function meeting if any

           - Check internal mail and response accordingly.

           - Share information relating to the market, customer, competitor,                 promotions in place with line-manager and others

  • Follow up and implement External communication.

           - Keep our customer informed about INSEE policy, promotion                         programs in place.

           - Get any feedback from customer about INSEE product, service,                   sales policy and report to line manager with respective                               comments/solutions.

            - Conduct market intelligence.

3. Follow up marketing channel management

  • Propose and conduct the build-up of an efficient network of distributors in assigned territory.
  • Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and/or marketing activities/programs in the assigned market.
  • Follow up Market Coverage Plan (MCP) visiting retailers to improve INSEE bag intensified distributions.
  • Make analysis and give proposals to line manager for distribution management improvement.

4. Cooperate with cross-functional on daily sales operation

  • Co-operate with technical support to give consultancy to end-users or solve complain to customers according to Customer Complain Tracking System (CCTS).
  • Co-operate with Regional Marketing Supervisor (RMS) to hold workshops (RW, TW, FGM, MS), implement trade marketing promotions to customers and other marketing activities/events if any.
  • With logistics and production ensure physical distribution flow from INSEE Plan to the end-user runs well at the best cost but high satisfaction from customers.
  • Other assignments by line managers


REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business.
  • Selling skills.
  • Planning skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Sales management.
  • Technical Knowledge in terms of products and concrete.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office and PowerPoint

2. Relevant Experience

  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Internship or part-time experience in sales or retail fields is a plus.
  • Willing to work in field-based conditions and adapt to real-world challenges.
  • Having a good relationship with construction-related bodies is preferable.
