About the job Branding Executive

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Plan and Execute branding activities to physically approach to customers:

  • Conduct customer conversations or analysic customer voice together with market insights to understand customer pains & gains
  • Propose branding and marketing campaigns/projects to develope brand value propositions for retailers
  • Manage INSEE brand image by generate and execute POSM and merchadising activities for customer and market
  • Manage & execute project for physically rolling to customers with support market and topline direction
  • Perfomance assessment and making report for high management to update and track performance
  • Ensure brand complience for all branding materials/ assets especially in POSM, merchandising or signboard,...
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to implementation with effective communication and meet project expectation

2. Customers engagement (Event & training/coaching and activation)

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in digitalization that can be leveraged to create value propositions (online training, quiz, online engagement, ...)
  • Planning and execute for INSEE physical activities to approach customer and market in all layers and convince customer for INSEE value proposition through Seminar Series
  • Perfomance assessment and making report for high management to update and track performance

3. Support marketing activities Drymix

  • Propose ideas for drymix marketing activities which aligned with Bag Segment marketing plan
  • Planning & executing customer engagement activities for Drymix customers in WSL & RTL layers

4. OH&S responsibilities as spelt out in the procedure OHS-PR-12

  • Follow the OH&S regulation at workplace.
  • Live and promote OH&S on the road and at customer plant.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, brand communication, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices
  • Good at English (both speaking & writing)
  • Basic design skill (Canva, Capcut,...)

2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing field
  • Well experienced in working with advertising/activation agencies

3. LEADERSHIP & COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successfully executing branding initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Can do attitude & proactive.
