JET - Automation Engineer - Thi Vai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau

Working location:

- Insee Factory in Ba Ria - Vung Tau (KCN Ong Keo, Phu My 1)

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Equipment availability

• Execution and monitoring predictive and preventive maintenance schedule base on SAP system.
• Ensure that all electrical equipment availability are met department targets & production requirements.
• Preventive check sheet have been done and corrective record.
• Ensure that technical documentation and historical records for all plant electrical equipment are maintained for the purposes of maintenance planning and Fault analysis etc.
• Assist to the shift in problem solving process to reduce down time of electrical equipment.
• Execute any re-paring, frequency calibration for all instrumentation equipment, modification or program for new equipment.

2. Materials management & Control

• Ensure that spare parts and consumables are proper using for the maintenance purpose & distribute using materials to correct cost center.
• Recommend necessary stock items to the electrical chief engineer for monitoring.
• Assist to the line manager in the preparation of the annual electrical preventive/plan maintenance schedule and budget.
• Assist to the line manager in materials management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in June 2024)
• Majors: Automation Engineer
• GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
• English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)
