JET - Mechanical Engineer - Hon Chong, Kien Giang

Working location:

- Insee Factory in Kien Giang (Hon Chong Kien Luong)

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Maintenance activity execution

• Organize, supervise and execute periodical maintenance activities

• Carry out trouble shootings to bring equipment back to operation soonest

• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis (SOLVE, FMEA)

• Maintain and calibrate measurement and monitoring devices periodically

• Utilize resources and control maintenance services

• Execute modification and maintenance requirements from other departments

2. Equipment improvement and optimization

• Study, propose solutions to improve equipment condition

• Carry out and control equipment modifications to meet design requirements

• Supervise and execute plant shutdown plan

• Support to execute performance improvement projects (CAPEX)

3. Maintenance materials control

• Control maintenance materials and spares at reasonable rate

• Prepare spares based on actual equipment condition and preventive maintenance plan

• Assess the status of the parts to be replaced

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full-time job in Aug 2023)
• Majors: Mechanical Engineer
• GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
• English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)
