MAIN DUTIES:

1. Developing & execute digital communication plan and activities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance the company's presence in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Innovate and propose creative concepts that resonate with the target audience, ensuring a unique and memorable brand identity.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital communication plans across various channels.

2. Managing Digital and Social Channels

  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in marketing that can be leveraged to create value propositions that meet customer insights for each customer segments.
  • Develop and execute strategies for INSEE's digital and social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • In-house plan and oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the overall brand communication plan.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital and social campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and cross function to integrate digital initiatives seamlessly into broader marketing strategies.
  • Planning and managing budget spending and performance tracking for in-house digital performance campaign

3. Ensure brand compliance for INSEE Vietnam

  • Enforce brand compliance standards across all communication materials and messages
  • Conduct regular assessment to ensure consistency in branding across different platforms and channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any deviations from brand guidelines and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure the brand's legal compliance.

4. Developing & executing Contractor Activation

  • Propose and implement contractor activation programs (Lab2site) to establish a direct connection with the market and end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross function teams and customers (Wholesaler and retailer) to ensure seamless execution of activation initiatives and rolling for markets
  • Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage and convince contractor participation and engagement to increase conversion rate from Non-INSEE user to INSEE user
  • Analyze the effectiveness of activation programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics as expected

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, brand communication, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Offices

2. Relevant Experience

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in brand management and digital marketing
  • Well experienced in working with advertising agencies
  • 1-2 years project management
