About the job C&B Executive (Benefits)

MAIN DUTIES:

1. SI/HI/UI Insurances

  • Open and close SI books; merge/ update SI books
  • Solve insurance issues, such as: balance amount with SI Department, sick leave claim (2 times /month), occupation accidents,
  • Prepare report and payment for SI/HI/UI Insurances, working with C&B Payroll to reconcile and ensure the correct contribution.
  • Fully complete on cost allocation and balance in general ledger of FIN Department
  • Update new law/ regulation related to SI/HI/UI Insurances

2. Benefits

  • Maintain benefit package for employees, such as: Helmet, raincoat, clothes for staffs.
  • Keep updated about the market and propose for benefits packages
  • Maintain medical Insurance for staff and dependents
  • Hard hazardous job list registration and review annually

3. Expats services

  • Conduct all immigration activities: visa, work permit, resident card, )
  • Maintain insurance for Expat (SOS, PVI, AIA Term life, Travel insurance),
  • Follow up payment related to Expat services: house rental and leasing duration, school fees, support Expat onboarding.
  • Periodic Expats reports (to Labor Department, Immigration Department, ...)
  • Communicate/consult on immigration to customers (internal & external)

4. Other operations tasks

  • Access office and parking card: coordinate with Receptionist HO to review & arrange cards to new employee by entry date
  • Conduct PR/PO & payment process related to C&B
  • Prepare others Ad hoc Reports

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • BA degree of Business Administration or relevant degree
  • Proven verbal and written bilingual abilities (Vietnamese/English)
  • High degree of computer literacy as a user of Microsoft Office

2. Relevant Experience

  • 02 years in HR field
