MAIN DUTIES:

1. Segment KPI allocation and management

  • Follow Topline Direction/ BUD to define segment KPI:

o Market share roadmap by month/ by segment/ by micro market and customer type

o Segment KPI at WSL, RTL (Distribution), Trader, RMX/ CPM (MBS)

2. Segment analytic and performance improvement

  • Work with Market Analysts, Sales and Marketing Reporting functions to conduct segmentation network, develop and track key performance metrics for all segment operations.
  • Provide recommendation to organize and deploy segment organization where possible and where it leads to profitable impact (e.g. hunting for volume)

3. ATTACK PMO- Coordinating/ Leading Initiatives and Activities of operation

  • Coordinating key projects of Commercial Function, including and not limiting to shipping point reviews, channel development, new product launching,
  • Facilitate discussions to drive solutions and outcomes
  • Ensure effective implementation roadmap, key measurements and follow-up mechanism
  • Analyze key market trends and implication on success, define strategies to address the trends.

4. Business review

  • Coordinate with each segment (Sales, Pricing/ MBI) to organize the review.
  • Partnerships developments.
  • New logistic set ups
  • Solutions to profitably cover underpenetrated areas

5. Measure & review INSEEs value proposition

  • Measure & review Insees value proposition based on customer centric approach + suggest changes.
  • Business process, practices & systems
  • New services & products
  • Marketing approaches

6. IcomX report

  • Be main contact point with the group for IComX to coordinate and facilitate implementation of IComX initiatives.
  • Coordinate and ensure implementation of IComX initiatives such as Sales Rocket and Profit Rocket

7. Others

  • Coordinate and ensure transparent and integrated process documentation such as updated BRM, Initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Business administration
  • Background in channel development/ distribution

2. Relevant Experience

  • Experience in sales/value selling and/or business development
