MAIN DUTIE:

1. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility

  • Fully comply with OHS-PR-12 and SDD-ENV-PR-07
  • Must comply with all company OHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue
  • Ensure employees, visitors, third party providers and contractors in compliance with all company OHS policy, procedures, standards, rules and regulations
  • Control implementation of annual H&S plan and environmental management objective of department
  • Manage housekeeping activities in work place
  • Carry out SOT, PTO and develop action plan for improvement
  • Participate in FPE implementation as assigned

2. Maintenance activity control

  • Control execution of periodical maintenance activities
  • Control maintenance KPIs to develop action plan for equipment avaiaibility improvement
  • Assess critical equipment condition and lifetime of wear parts to order spares
  • Control resources and progress to ensure effective maintenance activities
  • Ensure analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis for every single equipment
  • Control execution of modification and maintenance requirements from other departments

3. Equipment improvement and optimization.

  • Lead to perform equipment improvement, assess and propose optimized solutions to improve and upgrade equipment
  • Propose CAPEX list with clear background
  • Support and execute CAPEX projects as assigned
  • Plan and control implementation of improvement activities effectively in plant shutdown

4. Maintenance cost control

  • Propose maintenance budget of assigned area
  • Control monthly maintenance cost of assigned area to ensure all expenses correctly
  • Manage and optimize maintenance materials and spares
  • Utilize available resources and control contractors
  • Develop maintenance cost improvement plan
  • Control and optimize shutdown cost

5. People management and development

  • Develop group KPIs and control implementation
  • Control staff development and training plan
  • Coach and transfer professional knowledge and experience to the team

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Capability to communicate fluently in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
  • Computer skills: MS office, ACAD
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Participated in key training courses, i.e. LDP, etc. is an advantage
  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in mechanical fabrication and maintenance for cement plant equipment
  • At least 5 years working in cement or heavy industry
  • At leasr 3 years working at supervisory position in mechanical maintenance
