REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
About the job REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
MAIN DUTIES:
- Develop & execute the regional strategy. Able to set out the direction in short and long term to achieve the regional target. Have a clear execution road map and track the performance to ensure the strategy delivered.
- Monitor sales trend & metric. Deep understanding of market, competitor, and customers to always stay ahead of market trend and give out recommendation to top management for an informed decision-making.
- Implement sales policies, procedures appropriately to contribute and support the implementation of sales plan & marketing intelligence
- Implement sales plan & budget to make sure achieve sales target within region.
- Manage Sales Channel: develop and propose channel structure, channel initiatives, channel management plan and execute these actions to ensure short term goals achievement and long-term trend-catched.
- Manage sales operation: Volume & net price operation budget & communication control to monitor result against plan & solve problems in the context of customer mgmt.
- Lead, mentor, coach, supervise the Sales team (ASE,DSR, Hunter)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor degree in business/technical
- Experience: >4-5 years in sales as RSM (building materials experience is a plus)
