B2B Sales Trainer
About the job B2B Sales Trainer
Main Duties
- Training & Coaching: Design and deliver core sales curricula (e.g., onboarding, Selling Skills) and embed coaching frameworks down to the sales team and supervisory levels.
- Gap Analysis & Strategy: Identify capability gaps and partner with line managers to propose targeted learning interventions and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
- Training Management: Manage the Training Master Plan (TMP), oversee external training vendors, control budgets, and track program effectiveness.
- Capability Programs: Support talent initiatives, including rotational development, succession planning, and sales certification processes (e.g., Value-Based Selling).
Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in B2B sales. Field sales experience is a pre-requisite. Experience in Building Materials or Construction is a plus.
- L&D Background: Proven track record in training and coaching, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technical fields. Certified Training/Coaching Professional credentials are a plus.
- Core Skills: Expertise in Sales Management Processes, Sales Coaching, Change Management, Presentation/Communication, and Project Management.
- Leadership & Tools: Strong results drive, ability to collaborate and influence, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
