RMP Shift Supervisor

MAIN DUTIES

• Supervise and control Raw Material Preparation (RMP) operations during the assigned shift.
• Monitor production KPIs, throughput, and product quality; propose and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety (QEOHS) standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift personnel to improve performance and technical capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Underground Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the cement industry and production operations management.
  
• Good understanding of cement manufacturing processes, Raw Material Preparation (RMP) operations, and occupational safety requirements.
  
• Ability to manage shift operations, supervise manpower, troubleshoot issues, and prepare reports.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of understanding technical documents.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Willing to work in shifts and field environments, with a strong commitment to safety standards.
