Main Duties

  • Analyze cement market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities by customer segment and market.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and market intelligence insights using Excel/Power BI.
  • Support pricing, sales, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to provide market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analysis, or Strategy.
  • Experience in cement, concrete, building materials, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
