Main Duties

  • Support and execute administrative activities related to Trade Marketing and Sales programs.
  • Manage trade promotion documentation, contracts, payments, and related administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
  • Maintain, update, and analyze sales/trade promotion data and reports.
  • Monitor timelines, support budget tracking, and ensure activities are completed on schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Trade, International Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing Admin, Sales Admin, or similar roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word; knowledge of PowerPoint or SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong data entry, data management, and analytical skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
