About the job B2C Trade Admin Officer
Main Duties
- Support and execute administrative activities related to Trade Marketing and Sales programs.
- Manage trade promotion documentation, contracts, payments, and related administrative processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
- Maintain, update, and analyze sales/trade promotion data and reports.
- Monitor timelines, support budget tracking, and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Trade, International Business, Finance, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing Admin, Sales Admin, or similar roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word; knowledge of PowerPoint or SAP is an advantage.
- Strong data entry, data management, and analytical skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
